The desktop version of Sketchbook is much more stable, but it's not completely touch optimized so despite the feature disparity I find myself using the Windows 10 Store app more often than not.
I've been experiencing these random crashes ever since I started using the Autodesk Sketchbook app more than a year ago. I'm going to say again I am using a Huion Graphics Tablet, and not a Wacom so I'm unsure if they have a disc for it or if it will work for those tablets. And before, the program would crash when I would open a project, so I also tried that and it didn't close on me. The tests I did were using the selection and moving tool, those were fine. I then re-installed my tablet drive again and after it was done I opened Autodesk Sketchbook and did a few tests, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly. I'll try to re-install my drawing tablet program and will report back if this fixes the issue.ĮDIT- I took the disc out for Huion and put it back in. I had tried re-installing it, but the crashes kept happening. Or it might happen when I'm an hour in working.
I might draw a line or two, then it crashes. I open the program, and it's random if it crashes. I'm having the same issue, and it's surprising to me to see the problem going all the way back to 2018 and I do not see it fixed! This has just started happening to me, starting a few days ago.
